  • chargeback fraud;
  • use of VPNs, proxies, spoofers, virtual machines, or suspicious login behaviour.

We may temporarily lock or restrict accounts where we detect unusual activity, suspected licence sharing, abuse, fraud, or security risks.

6. Payments and Pricing

All prices are displayed at checkout before purchase. Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been completed.

Unless stated otherwise, products are supplied as digital content with immediate access after payment confirmation.

You agree that all payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method selected at checkout.

8. Refunds and Digital Content

Where appropriate, we may provide troubleshooting, repair, replacement, reactivation, update, credit, partial refund, or full refund, depending on the circumstances and your legal rights.
